Mr. Haustveit provides strategic leadership across offices dedicated to delivering affordable, reliable, and secure energy to the American people. These include the Offices of Electricity; Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response; Arctic Energy; Indian Energy; Nuclear Energy; Energy Dominance Financing; Hydrocarbons and Geothermal; and the Power Marketing Administrations.
Before joining DOE, Mr. Haustveit served in a range of technical and leadership roles at Devon Energy. He later directed an Energy Ventures team focused on investments in next-generation energy technologies, including geothermal, carbon utilization, and produced water treatment.

Mr. Nirmal Shani

His previous roles at S&P Global in Dubai as Head of Asia Pacific, CERAWeek and MarketsandMarkets as Managing Partner leading global energy & sustainability, focused on the energy sectors most pressing challenges & opportunities, enabling energy companies' strategy and planning processes through research subscriptions and bespoke consulting.

He co-founded flagship platforms to elevate the Voice of Asia within the global energy system-such as the CERAWeek Asia Pacific Forum in Houston (2021 to date), the India Energy Forum in New Delhi (2017-2021), the partnership with PETRONAS for Energy Asia in Kuala Lumpur (2023-2027) and with Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade & Industry (METI) for Asia Green Growth Partnership Ministerial Meeting (2024 to date.)

Before joining S&P (then IHS) as its first India Country Manager in 2011, Nirmal was the youngest business head at Dun & Bradstreet leading the creation and execution of over 1,000 targeted marketing campaigns & events for top brands including Fortune 100 corporations.

Nirmal serves on the board of advisors of Umang Foundation, a non-profit organization he's been associated with since 2009. His philanthropic initiatives focus on education & health in rural India.

Mr. Anatol Feygin

Anatol Feygin has served as EVP and CCO since September 2016. Mr. Feygin joined Cheniere in March 2014 as SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Feygin also currently serves as EVP and CCO of Cheniere Partners and as a director and EVP and CCO of Cheniere Holdings. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Feygin worked with Loews Corporation, Bank of America, and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. Mr. Feygin earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Andrew Barry was named Vice President-Global LNG Marketing and Chairman-ExxonMobil LNG Market Development since April 2021 and based in Singapore. With over 30 years in the industry, he was previously Managing Director of ExxonMobil PNG Limited and President of ExxonMobil Canada. Mr. Barry holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and MBA from University of Melbourne. His career includes roles in Australia, Texas, Qatar, and Canada. He is married and has three children.

He holds a Master's degree from Keio University and has extensive executive experience across power business, energy optimization, and corporate planning.

Mr. Douglas Wharton

Based out of Venture Global's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, Doug leads the marketing of LNG from Venture Global's projects to customers in Asia Pacific, and globally.

Prior to his move back to the United States in 2024, Doug spent eight years in Singapore, during which he joined Venture Global and oversaw the growth of Venture Global's Asia business, including the setting up of Venture Global's Singapore office.

Doug has been in the energy industry for over 20 years in various commercial roles with a focus on natural gas and LNG. Prior to Venture Global, Doug worked for Cheniere in Singapore, and Chevron in the United States, United Kingdom, Venezuela and Australia. In Australia, he worked on the North West Shelf, Gorgon and Wheatstone LNG projects.

He holds a Master of International Affairs (MIA) degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Lafayette College.

Mr. KOMIYAMA Hiroshi

Mr. KUMENO Kazutaka

President and CEO, Satellite Data Services Co., Ltd.
Japan

Joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 2001 and spent some 20 years as an engineer developing Earth observation satellites, including an assignment in the United States. From 2021, as Deputy General Manager of its Space Systems Development Center, he led the satellite data utilization business and the founding of Satellite Data Services Co., Ltd., becoming President and CEO in April 2024. He is now developing satellite-based methane monitoring services for the LNG value chain, including technology verification for identifying and measuring greenhouse gas emission sources from space.

Ms. Stephanie Duran

Stephanie Duran was appointed Acting CEO of the Asia Natural Gas & Energy Association (ANGEA) in July 2026. ANGEA is the only regionally-based industry association reflecting the voice of the full natural gas value chain in Asia Pacific and comprises some of the biggest energy companies in the world. Through its membership, ANGEA brings deep energy industry expertise to help Asia Pacific countries adopt and execute pragmatic policies that balance national security, economic growth, and sustainable energy goals.

Stephanie brings 25 years of experience working as a foreign affairs specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), where she led energy, carbon management, and national security initiatives. Stephanie served in leadership roles in Washington and overseas as DOE's representative in Beijing and Singapore. Upon leaving public service, Stephanie co-founded an advisory firm based in Singapore, which aims to position Southeast Asia as a regional hub for high-integrity carbon removal.
